Are SÖM products suitable for beginners?
Most SÖM tools can be used in beginner-friendly routines when movement, range and resistance are scaled appropriately. Begin with a comfortable range and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness or loss of control.
Are these medical or rehabilitation products?
No. SÖM products are general fitness and movement tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Seek individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
How much space do I need?
Most routines require roughly the space of a yoga mat plus enough clearance to move the selected tool safely.
How should I clean the products?
Use a soft damp cloth and mild soap where appropriate. Do not use harsh solvents or soak components unless the product-specific care guide permits it. Allow all products to dry fully before storage.
Where do you ship?
We are launching in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners in China. Final delivery estimates and costs are displayed before checkout.
How do returns work?
You may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery, then return it within the following 14 days. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Will every product be black?
Yes. The launch collection is offered in a single matte-black colourway to keep the system visually coherent.
Do products include exercise guidance?
Product-specific guidance will be added before launch. Work within a comfortable range and consult a qualified professional if you have pain, an injury, a medical condition or concerns about balance.
