Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK consumer law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. We will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Change-of-mind cancellations
For most goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
How to start a return
Use the Contact page and include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions. The return address and method will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Return condition
Please handle products only as you would in a shop. Return them complete, with all parts and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. This does not affect remedies for faulty goods.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs as required by law. Original premium or express delivery costs above our least expensive standard option are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where the whole order is cancelled, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Exceptions
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other items excluded by law. Sale items are covered by the same statutory rights.
Order changes and cancellations before dispatch
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but once fulfilment has started we may be unable to change or stop an order.
