About these terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of this online store. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of SÖM BIOMECHANICS. Full legal business details will be inserted before the store is opened to the public. These terms do not remove any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or use the site for fraudulent activity.
Products and information
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative of the product and studio setting; minor differences in colour can result from screens and lighting. Dimensions and specifications are stated on the product page. We may correct obvious errors and update product information.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Taxes and delivery charges are displayed before payment where applicable. Payment must be authorised through the methods offered at checkout.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Safety and responsible use
Follow the instructions supplied with each product, inspect equipment before use and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or instability. Product information is not medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified health professional where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, original photography, text and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products where law provides, or any other liability that cannot be excluded. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use of the products.

Governing law
