Where we deliver

At launch, SÖM BIOMECHANICS delivers to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. Any excluded locations will be shown at checkout.

Where orders are dispatched from

Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners in China. Depending on stock allocation, an order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery window for the available service is shown at checkout before you place the order and in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.

We deliver within the timeframe agreed with you or, where no different timeframe has been agreed, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided where available. Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address and respond promptly to reasonable carrier requests. If your order is materially delayed, contact us using the support address that will be published before launch.

Import charges and taxes

The final UK tax and duty treatment will be confirmed before launch and clearly shown during checkout. This page will be updated before the store begins accepting orders.
